Kundalini Yoga
I am an energy therapist, certified practitioner of Kundalini yoga. I am leading women's circles, conducting nail therapy sessions, along with sessions involving singing bowls, tantric techniques, and Tibetan practices. My overall experience is 13 years.

Kundalini yoga is known for its use of sacred music and mantra chanting. Music during the session influences our energetic and emotional state, sets the necessary rhythm, and helps to perform exercises.
Mantras also change habitual behavior patterns, replace negative attitudes with positive ones, and allow to achieve a certain psycho-emotional state.
